order changes can not be made once your order has been placed. If you pay by PayPal you will receive a confirmation email from them.
This is your confirmation that your payment and order was received by Coconut
Hut Beauty. If you pay by Master Card,
Visa, Discover, or American Express you will receive a confirmation from
Coconut Hut Beauty.
Local pick up is located at our residence in Livermore, CA. If you choose local pick up, we will email you our address and further detailed instructions once your order is paid, completed, and ready for pick up.
Turn Around & Shipping times
around time is usually 5-8 business days. This is based on the volume of orders
received, not including special promotion/sales. Please expect longer turn
around times during the holiday season or sales. Weekends, holidays, or mail
transit time do not count as business days.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an
USPS Click n’ Ship email confirmation.
If you need your order within a specific time frame, please let us know
at the time your order is placed in the comments section at checkout. All emails
will be returned within a 24-hour time frame. All emails received on weekends
or holidays will be answered the following business day.

Lost, stolen, or damaged
We can not
be held liable for any lost or stolen packages. We will do our best to work
with the carrier and find a fair resolution to all. Damaged packages must be
reported to The Coconut Hut within 48 hours from the time of delivery.
custom made for you and due to the nature of our products, sanitary reasons and
the fact that they can not be resold, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. We
do offer sample packages to allow you to try our scents before purchasing a
full sized product.
Coconut Hut will not be held liable for any allergic reactions/medical
conditions from our products. Our products are made with fresh quality
ingredients, but everyone’s skin is different and you can never predict if a
reaction may occur. Please read our ingredient labels carefully before use. If you
have sensitive skin, please avoid cinnamon/spicy scents. You can also ask to
have your products scented “Lightly”. Please email us for this request. If
irritation does occur, please discontinue use immediately and contact your

fragrances that contain vanilla can turn your lotion or body cream pink/light
brown. This is not harmful to the product or to you. It is a natural reaction
that happens with vanilla oil. We do not believe in using chemicals that can be
harmful to the skin that could prevent this.
Shelf Life and
We use an
effective & quality preservative. Our products have a shelf life of
approximately 1-year. Fragrances will tend to fade over time. For the freshest
scent, we recommend usage at 6 to 8 months. For the longest shelf life, we
recommend storing your products in a cool dark place tightly capped/sealed. Do
not let your products sit in direct sunlight or in a hot car for long periods
